Endless Waves is a surf and foil tracking app designed for activities including:

• Surfing
• Prone foiling
• Downwinding
• Foil training

The app runs on iPhone and Apple Watch and operates entirely within Apple's ecosystem.

• We do not operate servers.
• We do not collect personal data.
• We do not transmit your data off your device.

The app accesses the following data strictly to provide core functionality:

A. Health Data (via Apple HealthKit)

• Heart rate data

Health data is accessed only with your explicit permission through Apple HealthKit.

Endless Waves:

• Does not transmit HealthKit data to any server
• Does not store HealthKit data outside of your device
• Does not use HealthKit data for advertising or analytics

All HealthKit data remains managed by Apple's Health framework on your device.

B. Location Data (GPS)

• Real-time GPS position
• Speed
• Distance
• Route tracking

Location data is used solely to calculate session metrics such as:

• Time on foil
• Session duration
• Speed
• Distance traveled

Location data remains stored locally on your device. It is not transmitted to any external server.

All data collected or generated by Endless Waves:

• Remains on your iPhone and Apple Watch
• Is stored locally within Apple's secure environment
• May sync between your Apple devices via Apple's iCloud services, if enabled by you

• We do not maintain external databases.
• We do not operate backend infrastructure.
• We do not have access to your session data.

Endless Waves does not:

• Sell data
• Share data
• Transmit data
• Use third-party analytics
• Use advertising SDKs

Your information stays within your Apple device ecosystem.

The app may request the following permissions:

• Access to HealthKit (heart rate)
• Access to Location Services (GPS tracking)

These permissions are required for core app functionality. You may revoke them at any time in your device settings.

If permissions are disabled, certain features of the app may not function properly.

Endless Waves does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no data is transmitted off-device, no personal information is collected or stored by the developer.

All data handled by Endless Waves is protected by Apple's device-level security, including:
